Residential services commonly include Mortgage Valuation Reports for a range of lenders, RICS Homebuyers Reports which offer a purchaser a mid-range survey option, and Building Survey Reports offering a higher level of detail. Building Surveys

Commercial Building Surveys can relate to any form of non-residential property, including office, hotel, leisure, industrial or ecclesiastical buildings. These can be of highly varied age and type.
