Havelet Waters: Combining modern living with historic charm
Havelet Waters is a premium seafront development in St Peter Port, Guernsey.
Featuring 34 beautifully designed apartments with parking, set on a compact site overlooking the stunning Havelet Bay.
Lovell Ozanne became involved at the detailed design stage. As project Architects working for the client and subsequently the main contractor as part of a Design & Build arrangement, we turned the Planning-approved concept design (obtained by others) into reality.
We developed and evolved the design and continued to work closely with Planning and ensure that a high quality appearance and level of detail was achieved throughout the project. Our role ensured that the detailed design and delivery stayed true to the original concept and design intent.
Completed in September 2018, this project offers luxurious residences but also embodies the charm and heritage of St Peter Port.
