Guernsey Football Association: A hub for the sporting community
We’re always looking for ways we can benefit our local community, and with this in mind we were proud to collaborate with the Guernsey Football Association (GFA) to develop their state-of-the-art facilities.
We began with conducting several feasibility studies and exploring proposals for various sites before we settled on the Victoria Avenue location. After careful planning, we secured approval in April 2019, allowing us to create a football hub that will support both the local community and the future of the sport in Guernsey.

At the heart of the development is a world-class all-weather 3G football pitch, designed to meet the highest standards for year-round play. We also incorporated substantial spectator areas, including pitch side stands and covered terraces, offering both seated and standing capacity.
Beyond the pitch, we provided modern facilities that include the new Guernsey FA offices and a suite of contemporary changing rooms for players and referees. We also designed a cutting-edge boardroom, along with rehabilitation and physiotherapy rooms to promote player wellness and recovery.
To round out the development, we created a multi-purpose clubhouse that features a contemporary restaurant and a stylish sports bar, offering a vibrant social space for players, staff, and fans alike.
We are thrilled to have been part of this transformative project for Guernsey’s sporting community, building facilities that will serve as the home of football in Guernsey for many years to come.
