Building Surveying Services

Any form of property acquisition represents a major investment and one that is not free of risk.  We offer a full range of building surveying inspections and reports, suited to all manner of residential and commercial property types.  An appropriate survey offers improved awareness of condition or risks and enables better informed decision making as to conclusion of a purchase or any other property commitment.

Residential services commonly include Mortgage Valuation Reports for a range of lenders, RICS Homebuyers Reports which offer a purchaser a mid-range survey option, and Building Survey Reports offering a higher level of detail.  We would be pleased to discuss options or specific requirements applicable to any particular property.

Commercial Building Surveys can relate to any form of non-residential property, including office, hotel, leisure, industrial or ecclesiastical buildings.  These can be of highly varied age and type.  A survey can offer guidance as to condition and repair or maintenance expectations with regard to purchase, leasing or property stock management.

Ross Paisley, Chris Richardson and Chris Taylor are Chartered Building Surveyors and Registered Valuers, with many years local experience in all forms of property surveys.
