Measured Surveys

We have always endeavored to carry out measured surveys in house.  This gives us a high degree of control in the amount of detail required and timescales to suit our day to day workload.

Occasionally, due to the complex nature of certain architectural projects, we will recommend specialist Channel Island surveying firms which we have first hand experience knowledge of working with.

3D Visualisation

Assisting our clients and planning in understanding of architecture and  design requires many different levels of 3D visualisation.   This may be a simple pencil sketch, a simple cardboard model, a basic 3D computer generated model or full blown 3D fly through.  At Lovell Ozanne we can offer all these options and will advise of what level of information is appropriate for your project.

Where clients might require high-quality virtual reality fly-through videos or physical models for marketing and sales purposes for example, we are used to working with affiliated 3D Visualisation experts and model makers to create high quality professional media.
